Chat Support Assistant

Søstrene Grene is looking for a dedicated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in København, Denmark. As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our online chat platform - Resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer support experience - Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills in Danish and English - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency
