Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Universal Robots is seeking a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through chat. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the tech industry and develop their research and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat - Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Research solutions to complex technical problems - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Passion for technology and willingness to learn - Resourceful problem solver with strong research and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
