Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Trifork. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, energetic, creative, and able to plan effectively. As a part-time entry level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat messaging in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and continuously strive to improve customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and chat support software. 5. Confident and energetic personality with a strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to creatively solve problems and plan ahead for potential issues.
