Job Description:
Daloon, a leading food company in København, DK, is seeking a talented Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, dedicated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers via our online platform, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the customer support process - Manage customer relationships effectively, building trust and loyalty with each interaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement - Comfortable working remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent
