Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at JYSK. As the Remote Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time position located in København, Capital, DK, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Develop and implement chat support guidelines and best practices - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and onboard new chat support agents - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in chat support technology


Requirements: - Proven experience as a chat support manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of chat support software and tools - Exceptional customer service skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Availability to work part-time hours - Visa sponsorship available
