Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

H. Lundbeck is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, and offers the opportunity to work remotely from home. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. 5. Train and onboard new chat support agents, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.

Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in chat support management or a related field. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience with chat support software and systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
