Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

DONG Energy is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy in responses. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer experience and efficiency. 4. Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.

Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 2. Resilient and independent personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in chat support platforms and technology. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
