Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Novo Nordisk is seeking a passionate and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical issues - Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Leadership skills and ability to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
