Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Danfoss is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time entry-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and update relevant databases

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent
