Job Description:
Leo Pharma is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. As an Associate level Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction through online chat support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist in training new employees on chat support procedures and best practices - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and under pressure - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation - Proficiency in basic computer skills and online chat platforms
