Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Leo Pharma is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess strong decision-making and emotional intelligence skills. This entry-level position does not require any prior work experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through chat support channels. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Document and track customer interactions and feedback. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and make decisions. 3. Emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
