Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Fiberline Composites is seeking a talented Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in København, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat communication channels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements: 1. Passionate and energetic individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent persuasion skills and ability to project manage customer inquiries effectively. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
