Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

NKT Holdings is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for dedicated and driven individuals who possess strong critical thinking and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with chat platforms and basic software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
