Job Description:

Kopenhagen Fur is currently seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with any inquiries, issues, or technical problems related to our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
