Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Sitecore is seeking a passionate and reliable Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to our products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to uphold quality standards.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficient in using chat support tools and software. 4. Strategic planning and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 7. Reliable and punctual work ethic.
