Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Radiometer Medical is seeking a motivated and hardworking Chat Support Specialist to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to customers. 3. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Update and maintain customer records in the chat support system. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of customer support services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude. 8. People management and creativity skills are a plus.
