Job Description - Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:


Novo Nordisk is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the Client Relations Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Participate in client meetings and provide support as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Perform administrative tasks as required to support the client relations team


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
