Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Danfoss. Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through various communication channels - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients - Assisting with client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues - Managing client accounts and updating relevant information - Monitoring client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the client experience - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for building relationships - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively persuade and influence others - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
