Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Biogen Idec is seeking a highly motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is remote, allowing you to work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of related experience in client relations or a similar field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of client relations strategies. 5. Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. 6. Provide support to the Client Relations Manager as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: We are looking for someone who is reliable and driven to succeed in client relations. 2.
