Remote Client Relations Associate

The Remote Client Relations Associate at Getinge Group will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients in a professional and courteous manner. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference to address inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 2. Maintain a database of client information and update records as needed. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition. 4. Conduct research on client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and recommendations. 5. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, contracts, and agreements. 6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and address concerns promptly. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 8. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 3. Proven experience in client relations or a related field. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 8. Availability to work part-time hours.
