Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sitecore is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in København, Capital, DK. This part-time role is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that align with their needs and goals. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 4. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the client relations department. 5. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and showcasing successes.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Experience in strategic planning and people management is a plus. 4. A reliable and dependable work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
