Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Rockwool International is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and initiatives that meet client requirements. - Monitor client performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client revenue. - Prepare and present reports on client activity, feedback, and results. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients. - Implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn rate.

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Passionate about customer success and relationship building. - Hardworking and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts. - Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
