Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Ambu is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland. As a part-time role at the mid-to-senior level, this position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Identify new business opportunities with current clients to increase revenue. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients' needs. 4. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings. 6. Prepare reports on client performance and provide recommendations for improvements. 7. Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase company products and services. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
