Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Relations Manager at Kvik, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from home in København, Capital, DK.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to nurture client relationships and maximize their value to the company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 5. Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to continuously improve our services. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to effectively engage with clients and navigate various situations. 2. Strong persuasion and leadership skills to influence client behavior and drive business outcomes. 3. At least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
