Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Coloplast is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to maintain strong relationships - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Develop and implement client retention strategies - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and goals set by management - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong planning and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
