Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

FOSS Analytical, a leading company in the field of analytical technology, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key clients. 2. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop client-specific strategies. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities. 7. Create and deliver client presentations and proposals. 8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and adaptable personality. 5. Ability to research and analyze market trends. 6. Creative problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
