Client Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer at Matas in København, Denmark. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolutions - Conduct research to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions - Build a deep understanding of client preferences and expectations to anticipate future needs - Use emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations and ensure positive outcomes for clients - Track and report on client interactions and feedback to inform future strategies - Implement client engagement initiatives to drive customer loyalty and referrals

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality with a strong passion for customer service - Excellent research skills to gather information and insights on client needs - High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients - Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Fluency in both Danish and English is preferred
