Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Demant, a leading company in the hearing healthcare industry, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are passionate and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to identify client needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client outreach strategies - Track and report client feedback to improve overall customer experience - Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders and requests

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
