Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Grundfos, a leading global provider of advanced pumping solutions, is seeking a reliable and driven Client Relations Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent customer service. - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. - Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met. - Identify and address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with various administrative tasks related to client accounts.
