Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Bang & Olufsen in København, Capital, DK. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and provide personalized service to meet their needs and expectations. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to offer support, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention. 4. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. 5. Organize and attend client meetings, events, and other activities to strengthen relationships. 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Driven and confident personality traits. 3. Strong people management and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
