Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Phase One, a leading company in København, Capital, DK, is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and other technical support as needed. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. 4. Conduct analysis of client needs and provide recommendations for improvement. 5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information. 7. Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated individual who is committed to providing top-notch client service. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex situations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
