Client Service Associate

Job Description: DSV Panalpina, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. 4. Provide support in preparing and presenting client proposals, contracts, and reports. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. 3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Danish. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
