Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at ReSound in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, creative, and analytical, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client service.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and solutions to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the client experience - Create and present reports to management on client service metrics and KPIs - Manage client contracts and renewals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met - Coordinate client events and meetings, both in-person and remotely - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client service management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in analyzing data and generating reports - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events - Fluency in English and Danish
