The Client Service Manager at Ambu is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and effective manner - Analyze data and feedback from clients to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis to update them on services and offerings - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients - Monitor client accounts to ensure payments are received on time and contracts are being fulfilled - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and make decisions independently - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
