Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at Nilfisk in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients. 5. Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the client base. 6. Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in client service management or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3. Confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong analytical skills to evaluate client data and market trends effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 7. Experience in the industrial cleaning equipment industry is a plus.
