Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Netcompany is seeking a confident and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management - Lead and mentor junior client service representatives, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in client relationship management - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confidence and energy to engage with clients and drive results - Soft skills in innovation and people management
