Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Danske Commodities is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with no previous experience required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the energy trading industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a prompt and courteous manner - Assist clients with account setup, account changes, and account closures - Process client orders and ensure accuracy of all transactions - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Provide support to senior team members as needed - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
