Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Bang & Olufsen, a leading luxury consumer electronics company, is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or client management.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and fulfill client requests, such as product orders, repairs, or returns. 4. Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients when needed. 5. Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Assist in organizing client events and initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. 3. Ability to make decisions independently and prioritize tasks based on client needs. 4. Resourceful problem-solving skills to resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Excellent people management skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Highly driven and motivated to exceed client expectations and achieve personal and team goals.
