Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Secunia, a leading software company in København, DK, is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in client services and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 3. Conduct research to understand client preferences and tailor services to meet their expectations. 4. Manage client accounts and update databases with relevant information. 5. Assist with client onboarding and training programs. 6. Handle client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong research and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
