Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Nordic Bioscience, a leading biotechnology company based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our clients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist with order processing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a positive and professional manner. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
