Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Velux is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at an entry level looking to gain experience in client service and management. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
