Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Royal Unibrew is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and hardworking nature, as well as the soft skills of strategic planning and teamwork.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client relationships. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively communicate information to clients. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
