Client Service Representative

FOSS Analytical is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Stay current on company products and services to effectively communicate with clients - Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Support the sales team in reaching revenue goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Project management experience is a plus - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and client needs - High school diploma or equivalent
