Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Ramboll is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Service Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong research and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
