Job Description:
Søstrene Grene, a leading retail company in Aarhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all communication is logged and documented. 3. Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our services. 5. Assist in coordinating client events and promotions, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive engagement and loyalty. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Excellent research skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
