Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at GEA Process Engineering, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Your resourcefulness and dedication will be crucial in addressing any issues that may arise and finding effective solutions.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns - Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain client profiles to ensure a high level of service is delivered - Assist in the development of client communication materials and presentations - Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and dedicated mindset - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
