Job Description:
Trifork is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3.
