Client Service Representative - Work from home

Trifork is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Work towards achieving KPIs and targets set by the company. 8. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 8. Available to work flexible hours as needed.
