Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

GEA Process Engineering is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and ensure they are in good standing - Assist with the resolution of any client issues or disputes - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in Danish and English
