Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Collect and analyze client feedback to make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development of client service strategies to drive business growth

Requirements: - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Planning skills to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
