Job Description - Remote Client Service Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Søstrene Grene. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in an independent and adaptable manner. This position is based in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and drive customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and ensure proper follow-up.


Requirements: 1. Must possess strong attention to detail and excellent strategic planning skills. 2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
